Mark Smith is an Owner/Principal with Architectural Partners.  He has been with the firm since 1994.  He is responsible for project development and management beginning with design conceptualization, space analysis, master planning, construction documents, and continuing through construction administration.  With Mark’s background in historic structures and construction management, he has successfully led many projects through all stages of planning, design, and construction administration. In conjunction with overseeing these processes, he researches building codes, AIA contracts, and project manual documents to insure the clients’ quality and safety standards will be met.  Mark has experience working in many different types Owner/Contractor/Designer teams to deliver projects to suit the owner’s requirements.  Mark’s commitment to meeting our client’s specific needs and his involvement in our community is valued asset to our firm.
